Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

The item should be returned with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Some items may not be eligible for return where required or permitted by applicable law.

How to request a return

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear can depend on your payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at zenvian2@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
