We process orders after payment is confirmed.

Processing Time

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through your order information. Tracking updates can take some time to appear after an order has shipped.

Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Problems
